Strengthen gooseneck and side guard make the lowbed semi-trailer more durable.The gooseneck also have detachable hydraulic type.So that we can loading machinery from the front of the semi trailer.

The floor is using 3/4/5mm checkered plate is more slip resistant.Install anti slip strips at the rear of the semi trailer.Transporting goods more safer.

The tool box is under the gooseneck.Customer can choose install the side of the semi trailer.

Our raw material all purchased from famouse steel manufacture.We use plasma underwater cutting machine.We cutting raw material according to production drawings.

Welding the main beam of the semi trailer.We use Gantry Main Sill Welding Machine

Welding other accessoriers of the semi trailer such cross member,suspension,floor.

Sandblasting and rust removal of semi trailer frame.
Sandblasting rust removal can penetrate into the tiny pores and cracks on the metal surface, ensuring thorough cleaning and leaving no dead corners.

Clear the welding slag and conduct welding quality inspection on the semi-trailer.
After removing welding slag and painting, it becomes smoother and more aesthetically pleasing.

Dust free spray painting room:1coat of anti corrosive prime,2coats of final paint.Color is according to customers requirements.

Complete assembly, wait for shipment after re inspection.

1.	Same small size lowbed semi trailer can loading into the container.If the lowbed semi trailer length is less than 12m and width less than 2.6m,it can load into the 40HQ.
2.	Remove the ladder and reduce the height to save the shipping cost. Spray wax on the entire semi trailer to prevent seawater corrosion.
3.	3 units lowbed semi trailer packing in one set.Removing the ladder and tires can save much shipping cost.
